Thanks for taking the time .. Nope .. no acid .. just as stated in each video ... and yes you're right, corrosion is a problem .. salt takes lumps out of my crocks .. will need to find better quality ones.

have you tried some vinegar mixed with waret?thats about the only electrolyte i can think of that they could have used in the bagdad battery a couple of thousand years ago.or perhaps wine i'd go with vinegar perhaps less corrosive than salt marty
