Let me offer a correction, the military uses 54% of all tax money going to the federal government. Shut the military down. FIFTY CENTS ON THE DOLLAR THAT YOU PAY GOES TO FUND OUR FAT MILITARY SYSTEM. The military is the largest socialist, government-run organization in the country, and we pay more for ours than the rest of the world spends on defense COMBINED.

Joe Biden is right. We must invest in our country's infrastructure or fall behind. America must say no the negativity of the tea party movement and become a "can do" nation once again. Sitting back and waiting on the "free market" alone to magically solve our problems will have disast rous consequences.

This is an important speech by the VP. He reminds us the untapped resource in rail infrastructure. But more than that, Biden is showing us the importance to invest in infrastructure. We all nod our heads and think it's a politician's job. But now anyone can be involved by visiting and contributing to InfraInput, a website that welcomes user input of issues and ideas on public infrastructure to help target shovel-ready projects for engineering firms, builders/contractors, and others.

Improving education does not only help with jobs but with increasing political awareness in people. Many bad policies get supported or approved, and one of the major causes is lack of education in our voters. Fundamentalist moral agendas draw too much on the ignorant.

We can just print more money to pay for this!! I am more than $450,000 in debt right now!! No job! If we can get into an inflationary trend, when I go to work, due to inflation, I will make more money, and pay down my debt faster!! Then the government can pay it down faster too!!!! Lots of us would love to pay $200 for a loaf of bread, if we can pay our debts down too!!!! Think about it folks, inflation can be our friend!!!!
