  • would be great if you'd also demo some of your other cookbooks. You have a lot of gifts from the kitchen style books would be nice to be able to learn a bit more about them prior to ordering.

  • Thanks for the request. We are pleasantly surprised by how many people have watched our video. It is definitely something we will look into.

  • how far in advance can you make one of these- is a day before ok?

  • The day of is best, but generally, a day before is okay too.

  • how many fruits would be needed for around 100 people ???

  • If it is for a buffet, I would guess approximately 3 large bouquets. If each bouquet has about 30 spears of fruit then each person could take about 3 spears.

  • thank you for the video! is there one for the cookie or candy bouquet?

  • It is really best to eat the bouquet on the day that it is made. We would not recommend creating the bouquet before the morning of an event.

  • Pampered Chef has a crinkle cutter that would work

  • Pampered Chef has them. They call it a "crinkle cutter" You can also find it on Ebay if you want to save some money, that's what I did. lol It's normally used to make fancy potato wedges, but of course you can use it for soft fruit. I've used it to make my fruit bouquets, and it's a wonderful tool!
