Either way I do feel Hillary takes a lot of money from minorities and doesn't pay attention to the issues. Barack signed a letter for Punjabi Sikh Americans against unfair TSA turban checks to show support. Barack focuses more on the issues.

Being from poland and as a new computer science grad from American college my experience was exactly the contrary. It took 3 months for me to land an OK offer while most of my American classmates got offers earlier than me. Many companies came to the on-campus job fair with a 'No sponsorship for H1B's', because of the saved cost and hassles from the immigration procedures.

It is clear that many companies will not sponsor H1B if they can hire an American.

"TIME IS NEEDED FOR ANY CHANGE" India has,just recently,few decades back got its independence and people are realizing that caste system is bad for a democratic country and results are seen may be not 100%.If american people hate bush or Obama, time will surely come when next time people will vote a much capable person. Its not that Vinod is not a smart man or that he did not contribute. But, irregardless of his training, he was NOT a technological lead in the founding of Sun or Google. Now, Andy Bechtolsheim is different; he was essential to development of the Sun workstation and Solaris. He was foreign born; but he wasn't an H1B and was NOT from China or India. The point of H1B reform is to bring over more people like and and LESS usless unimaginative cheap labor form China or India!

Too bad Bill Gates and the tech lobby doesnt think the same way. They use H1B to drive down wages, age discrimination and for cheap labor. They don't treat the citizens of their country of birth very well at all. That's the problem.

Its time and circumstances on any country that matter, zero was invented by aryabhatta in India, Americans used it to go to moon(as per they say) and build a computer.
