Can you explain me how you use z-fail algorithm? :F
I use z-pass watch?v=9SVuJdSEdk4
And I have closed shadow volumes
But the z-fail algorithm dosen't work properly :S some tips will be helpfull

Just make sure your silhouette detection is properly made. Draw your caps and silhouette in the color buffer to look for any anomalies.
