I always think it's funny when people talk about rules for break-ups. When your firing someone, your just trying to get them out of the building. How you handle it doesn't really make a difference. The only reason people are respectful about it is because they don't want the other person to go fucking nuts. When your dumping someone, you are declaring you no longer respect them,and you want them gone. Then why put on a show?
