Mary Ann had a man named Frederick Cotton,
Later that day after dinner,
His intestines felt rotten...

Yeah, I just figured out that the line: "He loved her pudding" is a reference to the nursery rhyme about Mary Ann Cotton. Also, the line: "Miss Mary Ann kept her cans in alphabetical order", I think is a reference to the fact that people used to keep Arsenic in a can, so Arsenic would come first. They used to use Arsenic as rat poison. Arsenic was the poison that Mary Ann Cotton added to the food to kill all the people she killed.

Apparently, Mary Ann Cotton killed at least 21 people, including her first 2 husbands, her 4th husband, one of her lovers, her friend, her mother, her first 11 children, and her 5 step-children. Husband #3, James Robinson, discovered that she was stealing from him to pay off her debts. She poisoned all those people for insurance money to use to pay off her debts. Her trial was delayed a while because she was pregnant with child #12. Also, a nursery rhyme was written about her after her hanging.
