  • I caught a leopard shark in malibu on my fly rod, the shark was 57 inches long and must have weighed over 50 lbs, on a 6wt. rod and 10lb line! took over 30 minutes to land it and made me run up and down the beach about a mile!

  • what kind of dog was that one whos head poped out

  • were do u fish man i catch like 5 footers and u like 8-7 dam nice

  • @cdmadison08 We have leapard sharks here in SF bay year round. Such a good nursery and hunting ground for sharks.

  • @ChrisMasonFishing lol. they're all the same they migrate up and down the coast from baja Cali to Oregon

  • That's cool to see! The Leos you catch there have teeth. Down here in Newport Harbor, they are lighter colored, more spots, but no teeth. Interesting contrast. Thanks for sharing

  • @Eric2827 Just use a thicker mono as a leader with a circle hook. these guys do get crazy and twist around on your line.

  • do u use steel leaders? i was told its not necessary for leopards

  • Beautiful fish! nice video! keep em comin!

  • what fishing line ios that and kind of hooks and fishing line wight and all???
