Can anybody make a video, while actually USING the trackballs? I mean it's nice to talk about it, how awesome and great they are, but it would be just great to see it in action :) How is your hand sitting on it, how are you reaching the buttons, how do you operate the ball, how are you resting the wrist. I could not find such videos on YouTube.

These are not cheap, in Europe it's +30% extra, and not available for testing at all :(. So these vids are the only hope to choose well. Please-please.

i have the trackman wheel and i'll never switch again> my pc gaming has never been so fast b4. after 1 day with my trackball ,i went back tho bestbuy and bought 6 more of them. usually when i find something i like they quit macking them.

@PlayingJayke It is not after you get used to it! It does take some getting used to but you would find you loved it, once you did. However, you may as well go with the one on the right since they no longer make the one on the left!! :(

All I have to say is... While I can appreciate that Logitech thinks they have improved the mouse by creating the new Trackball Marble, I CANNOT APPRECIATE the fact that they NO LONGER MAKE the trackball wheel! I have used the trackball wheel for the past 7 years, and I love it! I use my computer at least 16 hrs per day! I have bought 6 of them! I wear them out! I never though I would have to invest in an inventory for future use! So good luck if you should ever need to replace the one you have!

I've owned both mice and came to the opposite conclusion for gaming. People switching over from a regular mouse will adjust faster with the thumb position trackball (TPT). However, if people allowed enough time to adjust to the center position trackball (CPT), they would eventually perform better. As you said, the CPT is more accurate. This is due to the larger ball which allows for more travel versus the TPT which requires a higher sensitivity for the same amount of distance.
