Well, there's an enemy list thing you can watch under your save game, and for each card you get one enemy.

Getting them all is a hassle and recording that would pretty much be the same levels over and over and over. :B

or you can get it on the wii shop channel if you hav wifi. it cost 1000 points. 1000 points cost 10 $
