Well, our forefather's referred to this country as a constitutional republic. Nowhere is the word democracy mentioned in the constitution. They also referred to democracy as the tyrannical rule of the masses. As for treason, I would say that selling out ones country to China and private banks qualifies just as much as a false war. Although, GM now stands for Govt. Motors, and it should come as no surprise that all GM vehicles now come standard with OnStar. How convenient! Now if you are deemed an enemy of the state, they will just lock you in your car and shut if off

The DMV is nothing but a Racketeering Enterprise! Criminal charges have a Statute of Limitations but not DMV Fines or Penalties! Due Process weather at DMV, Parking Violation or Moving Violation Court is all Fraud under Due Process Laws and the U.S. Constitution! The DMV which is not a State Agency but a private Family who has the Albany Legislatures in its Pocket! Name one case where DMV was successfully sued for Fraud! What a Racket makes Madoff look like St. Pete!
