This is a short interview with a former Christian renowned Bible scholar who talks about the authenticity of the Bible.

Important Note to muslims (Please read ) :

"Do not go about just simply trying to debate with the christians about the Bible with the attitude that you can prove to them the Bible is not from God. If you do this, you are doing two mistakes:

1) There may be something you are quoting or misquoting that really was from God, cause remember we believe in the original book that their books are based on. The original book was from God, so be careful about that.

2) By arguing with people and turning them away from the Bible and proving that there is no way this could be from God, you might cause them to be like a lot of Bible scholars, they become atheist. " Sheikh Yusuf Estes

If you want to be guided call on the Creator alone and he will guide you. Remember to never give up on God Almighty. Search and look for the truth with open and humble heart.

  • @faithbyloving Ehrman has been destroyed in the debate against Dr Daniel B Wallace and Dr James White

  • This Bart Ehrman guy is a deceiver under the guise of an 'academic'! Deceit no.1: "what we have are copies of these books (gospels), which in many cases, IN MOST cases were made many centuries later"! - in the first deceit he makes a sweeping generalisation that is supposed to make us presume that the gospels are unreliable! This is NOT the case....

  • @rrevved

Seriously?? You're going on physical appearance rather than professorial credentials?

  • @rrevved Haha, you make me laugh

  • The Bible has many contradictions. Bart Ehrman is not the only Bible Scholar to come out and admit it.

  • appealing to possibility rather than common sense re: the orthodoxy that was established at the time of Jesus. Erhman's whole approach ignores the raw tonnage of non-canonized scriptures which corroborate the canon (whether Trent

or Carthage or Jamnia). It doesn't matter. Erhman misses a common sense approach to history with his inductions and bias which causes false inductions.I can look at the same data in textual criticism and agree to the identifiable errors BUT disagree w/ his conclusions

  • @7archers Exactly! He was a Christian with a thought process. Pretty innovative, huh?

  • Continued here: Something most christians do because they're afraid they'll lose their security blanked, their faith in jesus! I like Dr. Ehrman REFUSE to push truth away no matter what the end result!

  • @7archers You don't listen very well then! He clearly stated that he had a "true experience!" For you that may be all that your faith equals, but for many people reason/logic/critical thinking are a valid part of their cognitive faculties unless of course one intentionally(or sometimes unintentionally)BLOCKS that area leaving only emotion/experience/faith to work! Dr. Ehrman decided NOT to block critical thinking/logic/reason and it took him down the path of "discovering truth!" CONTINUED:

  • sounds like someone smarter than you knows more about your faith than you and u got mad
