@McQuads87 ... shoulders up means tension .... never a good thing on the drums .... look at the masters play the drums , their shoulders are always dropped ..... shoulders up is one of the first things a drum teacher will correct .... drop your shoulders , drop your shoulders ...relax , relax ..... this is not how you want to look on the drums

youre realy great ive been playing for 5 months i got a 1500dollar kit its realy nice i got so that it would last since its my first one if u live in illinois go to place called skins'n'tins its GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dig the sounds, for some reason every time I jump into jazz i bring my shoulders up like that too. I guess I feel more funky/ jazzy that way...
