If people were introduced to good comedy so young, what we consider to be 'good comedy' would change dramatically. Comedy Central's lineup would change quite a bit (except maybe for the daily show/colbert report) My parents showed me Monty Python sketches when I was a little kid, since then only Mr. Show has been able to compete.

So true, though there are others that I find comparable. The UCB stuff was really good, especially the first two seasons. Velvet Soup was unbelievably funny, but is sadly hard to find. I would say Kids In The Hall are definitely up there, too.
