If someone is filming you watch out something is going to happen and it will not be good. Who are all these people with cameras in their cars who do not wear seat belts and get in all kinds of accidents. They should pay more for insurance those unseatbelted camera filming drivers are a real poor financial risk for insurance companies.

This video makes out that it was entirely the guys fault for not putting his seatbelt on, but that's actually not completely true. The DRIVER of the vehicle should also make sure people have their seatbelt on BEFORE moving away.
It's quite common to jump into a car and faff around with bags first before putting on the seatbelt. If a driver doesn't wait for you to get organised, then it's actually THEIR fault if things go wrong.

So funny, you can get fines driving an object that surounds you in a steel shell for not wearing a seatbelt as they let someone else drive away who is driving something that has less protection than a car and it has no seatbelt----------a motorcycle! Most morons have a licence and you are the one that decides to get out on the road with them!

When I was three years old I was being a little shit and decided to sit in the middle seat in the back and refused to put my seatbelt on.
At the first traffic light we came to my dad decided to break just a little harder than necessary... well I went straight between the front seats and ended up bouncing off the dash and into the passenger footwell. No injuries, and since then I've never talked back to my dad and always put my seatbelt on automatically.
Questionable method but very effective!

No. And everyone is not responsible. Some people do not know how to fucking drive and so they injure or kill other people no matter what YOU are doing. Are you delusional?
