where do you get cc toner and my tracking controls wont work whenever i try it makes the path all crazy. can someone help me?

Hi, Sorry for not responding you. I had some problem with my account. CC toner comes with After Effects. But you don'y need CC Toner. Hue/saturation do the same purpose.
