how do i get nitrous oxide playable character please?

I would say he isn't unlock-able because of his in-race character model. He's a lot bigger than the other racers, so big he takes up the whole screen unless you change the camera. He also doesn't even fit in a bubble shield, they didn't want to change the position of the exhaust fumes and add four more JUST for him, (Which bothers me to no end, hint hint) and they left him as is because you barely see him in his boss race. I'm not ranting, oxides cool infact, it's opinion, k.

Naughty Dog was going to make Oxide a playable character but he was too big and took up to much space on the disc and the ps1 couldnt handle it. So they could only handle him as a CPU not a second one for the character selection. They should have taken out slide collisium and turbo track to make more space those tracks are stupid.

I love how sadly manipulated his movement is.

I woulden't doubt they were working on having him as an unlockable charicter too, but scrapped it for some reason.

I mean, thry had to had been thinking about it, there's the gameshark code, so...
