This nebulous agreement, which the administration has negotiated without Congress's input, needs far more scrutiny than it has gotten. We ought to know by now that if the Bush administration is doing something in secret, and if they refuse to answer questions about it, that it is probably nefarious, possibly illegal and likely NOT in our best interest.
