I guess it's primarily used for trolling purposes to antagonize the "anti-bronies" of which you then bitch and complain about receiving negative criticism.

This is true because its at this point a joke. True at one time the community might have accepted it but now a days its just a joke to the fandom. Although some people still take it seriously... Like you =D

Ok so then you can't make an assumptions about the community. My opinion are clear and have a strong backing but I'll say them again.

A majority of these "bronies" you are talking about are a very small part of the fandom. I back this up by pointing out the vocal minority and the silent majority concepts. These are widely accepted ways on how fandoms operate that you keep either twisting or claiming to be wrong.
