The aim is to cast the High Alchemy spell while moving between the obstacles. This Video shows the 6 spots per lap where you should alch. The course is Barbarian Advanced. Casting the spell at those spots will grant you 390 Magic XP per lap without losing Agility XP. The Agility XP is 740,7 per lap.
- When getting 60K Agility XP an hour (which should be not that hard with some focus) you could get 31,5K Magic XP added when alching.
- When doing Barbarian Advanced Course from level 90-99 and alching in the meantime you could get over 4M Magic XP.
- Want to do this from just 99 Agility to 200M XP? The Magic XP you can get in that time will be 98,4M.
