CHARLOTTE, NC -- Its been two decades since pro wrestlings famed Four Horsemen dominated the National Wrestling Alliance. The legendary Nature Boy Ric Flair, Ole and Arn Anderson, and Tully Blanchard were the originals. Later, Barry Windham helped power the stable to a new level, second to none.

With legendary manager James J. Dillon in tow, the Horsemen ride once more as the most dominant faction in pro wrestling history. This time, their destination is the NWA Wrestling Legends Fanfest Weekend in Charlotte, N.C.

In an unprecedented appearance on Friday, August 7, all members of the two greatest incarnations of the Four Horsemen will appear together to sign autographs, pose for photos, and mix with fans at the Charlotte gathering, which runs Thursday through Sunday, August 6-9 at the Hilton University Place hotel.

The Horsemen will be reunited at the Friday session on the autograph stage and photo op area, where fans can stand side-by-side with the Horsemen and pose for a high-quality digital photo, suitable for framing and autographing. Thats an item youll treasure for a lifetime.

The entire weekend is going to be incredible, but the Horsemen reunion just puts it over the top! This will likely be the most important moment in Fanfest history.

  • Don't give me the NWO, don't give me DX, or any other group, the Horsemen were the best !

  • A lot of you were not even alive or were too young to know about and REALLY appreciate the GREATNESS of the Legendary FOUR HORSEMEN!

To go see them live, to know that they were coming to town, maybe in the Great American Bash, or some other event, was to know unfathomable excitement!

Get there early, watch that HUGE stretch LIMO arrive, and watch them emerge: "WHAT A RUSH!"

Then they would go into the arena, kick ass, and party all night aftewards!

    THEY ARE THE HORSEMEN!

see all

  • My dear departed Father used to hate when Id come over on Saturday nights and start watching this !! Hes hem and haw about it being fake etc.....but he'd still sit there in his LazyBoy with his beer and I'd see him starting to get into it slowly but surely and anytime The 4 Horsemen were either in the rig or on the mike hed start yelling and doing Flair "WOOOOO's"" !! These guys were the REAL SEAL chillins" Trust me youngsters, you missed it !!!!

  • Ric Flair has shitty credit.

  • U have to give these guys CREDIT. They were the 1st ORIGINAL "gangsters" or "vigilantes" in the Sport. They WALKED what they DID. And VERY few could do anything with them.

They were the greatest THUDS of the NWA/WCW long B4 The N.WO. or the "Wolpack" or "The Outsiders" came along.

I "tip my hat" to The 4 Horsemen. They MADE folks RESPECT them.

  • They always had the gold. The end.

  • @86lenny AMEN!

  • @rudymartinez Some of us are old enough that we went to NWA Shows and held up the 4 Fingers and cheered and booed the $ Horsemen. That was Professional Wrestling at it's best.

  • Cornette, Flair, jj dillion and arn anderson in the league of greatest talkers ever. The others are in the second league. To put that in perspective no one is today has the god given talented to get promoted those leagues

  • You can tell Cornette was kind of marking out there. Lol I would be too

  • the best faction of all time

  • just plain & simple the best of the best
