Cigarettes, caffeine, sugar, and salts are all relapses as they are technically qualified as "psychoactive drugs." The whole recovery thing is a huge joke (unless you take it so seriously that you ingest NONE of these chemicals). Classifying certain things as drugs and others not as drugs is the most subjective and futile thing ever. Learn to control yourself, YOU ARE IN CONTROL! If you think you're powerless, it's a self fulfilling prophecy. There's a reason the success rate is 5%...

Relapse can happen to the best of us. It's nice to see EMINEM make light of it, he can't be serious all the time. LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE. Take sobriety too serious, you forget to live n have fun. Em is f'n funny! I think this is awsome. I'm not built for that shit either. Staying sober isn't easy, especially around a bunch of f'd up people. I'm proud of him. PRUDES who are too up tight to laugh at this, you are not living.
