uh, on wikipedia this song is actually in the emo genre. emo doesn't mean cutting urself, etc. it means the style of the music is expressive and that there are confession-like lyrics.

The starting line was has been around since 1999, something I doubt We The Kings cannot claim. If anything We The Kings got the idea for their guitar riffs from this band.
