Oh Jjong, still voted as the prettiest boy in the world (by K-fans),was raised like a girl until 7, because his grandma wanted a girl. As a kid Oh Jjong was dressed up like a girl and actually believed that he was a girl for a long time.. Now,he's all manly, hates being called 'girly' and removes such pics of the past that fans post in his homepage...

You can't find many boys in the boybands who didn't go through plastic surgery in Japan/Korea these days. Probably that's what it meant by "(naturally)the prettiest." 'Cause Click-b, and especially OJ (also Yu Hosuk) is pretty much natural face..
