Sorry it took so long. I moved right after surgery and totally forgot about even having surgery for a while. Enjoy!

  • You're right, it wasn't that bad! The worst part for me was the recovery after surgery for I vomited every time I drank water plus I wasn't allowed to stay over night in hospital. It has been two weeks and I would have to say the hardest part now is not be able to eat what you like & I can't open my mouth wide because it is sore but I'm happy with the result. Thanks for advice, I walk my cat outside every day :)

  • @paperie7758 mine was wired shut. i had to eat with a syringe but then again i had all 4 wisdom taken out at the same time too so it was swollen. i was supposed to put the syringe through that area. i pretty much starved for 6 weeks hahaha. im glad ure taking walks with ure cat :) just a few more weeks and ull be fine. oh yea baby food actually tastes ok and its cheap!

  • It's really comforting to listen to you. I'll have it done Nov 15th. I'm very nervous!

  • @paperie7758 i hope all went well. think positive and dont stay cooped up at home. take some walks and go outside. u will notice the meds will make u kinda sensitive to light but dont let that stop u. fresh air and sunlight help make those days of recovery better :)

  • dude you are the best you make me laugh like crazy :)

  • @one824 thanks :) im glad i can make u smile. i hoope ure recovery went well!

  • I have a grade III malocclusion underbite. I have to get the maxilla brought forward and the mandible pushed back too. Congratulations on your surgery. I am a little worried, but hearing your positive frame of mind makes me feel a little better about it.
