  • Just listen ok, without judging. Number one take gluten (wheat, barley, oat) out of your diet. If you do this your mood, ability to sleep, focus, will all get better rapidly. You have Asperger Syndrome, a mild form of autism but most symptoms can be reversed on a no gluten diet. Don't take my word for it, do research online about it (gluten sensitivity) and take the online Asperger test.
