According to a UNICEF field worker interviewed for the film "3 Billion And Counting", everyone who uses bednet alone gets malaria. Bed nets are not efficient in preventing malaria, for various reasons. The only reliable way to prevent malaria is indoor residual spraying with the insecticide DDT. It is safe, cheap and efficient.
