this is the 6 month video update to show the changes in my body after lifting weights and workin out
i'm a white 16 year old and i live in hawaii. as of right now, i'm 5ft. 7in. and i weight about 118 lbs. please message me with any questions you have.

  • dude you seriously have like little to no tricep:l, nice biceps but you use your triceps more than your biceps and they also make your arms look nicer when your not flexing, you should work out those man

  • @Brandeno2121 Thanks for the comment...ive been working on my triceps more in the last few months but they're definitely harder for me to build up compared to my biceps but I'll get there soon! and I agree, having more defined triceps makes the arm look nicer when not flexed

    Dont listen to these unlifting fuckers. I assume you eat 3 times a day (correct me if im wrong). You need about 40gs of protein a meal for now.

    I have NEVER been fat and i have NEVER "bulked up" (a fancy word for becoming a fat fuck).

    I cant persuade you, but i can tell you that I have done everything when it comes to lifting and i can give you the truths about it.

  • bench press and most of your problems solved

  • Are you eating enough to produce muscle mass? Getting 2-3 grams of carbs and 1 gram of protein per body pound plus an adequate amount of good fats?

    I am asking because your fat level is very low for a 6 months weight gaining program. Remember 70% of your body is diet and the rest is the gym.

  • @soundsleep1 You dont turn fat into muscle you burn fat and build muscle. You need to go do some research and stop trying to give advice to people who probably know more than you. BULKING IS JUST GETTING FAT.

    Muscleboy keep up the good work and keep doing what your doing its a slow pro process im only starting out myself about six months in too but im 5"10 and 90 kilos so im on a differnt path.
