BornNonconformist you have a sharp ear for music !!! You are very right. This is the meanest bass guitar in raggae. I am playing this song for the fourth time now but can't just get enough of it!!! Absolutely tight tune!!

No this is not Joe Gibbs, Africa Stand Alone is a wicked LB it was produced by J. Hatcher in the US a bootleg because even though culture did the recording it was released without their authorization. The engineer Sylvan Morris was magical on this one.
