  • i didnt know you can tell people to shut up on the radio o:

  • fuck yeah rush... fuck yeah

  • @TheBobbiK 4 in the corps, semper-fi. Illegals from china or mexico everyone has to follow the same law, no exceptions.

  • @Wildkkat1 ok ur for the az law but against the war. that doesn't make sense...... im guessing u haven't served ur community or country.....community service put forth by a judge does not count....asking the military for body bags is prob the lowest thing u could ever do.....btw in the az law is explicit instructions to question anyone who LOOKS like they might be illegal.....with that said i think its fair to say that is the very definition of prejudice....

  • you are grate but you knew that

  • This is the only thing I have ever heard Rush say that I can agree with. And yes, he is being facetious.

  • @waydownNMway

I concerned with all illegals, both those who sneak in & those who overstay.

The overstayers can be reduced by better record keeping & enforcement.

The ones who sneak in can only be effectively reduced by building a wall. illegal immigration has been greatly reduced in the areas where the wall has been completed. As I said b4, with a wall illegal immigration would be reduced to a small percentage of what it is now.

Common sense should lead you to agree.

  • @waydownNMway

oh and he was joined in the opinion by Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Justices Sandra Day O'Connor, Anthony Kennedy and Clarence Thomas.

    You lose.

How embarrassing this must be for you : (

  • @waydownNMway

You could not be more wrong. In Reno v American-Arab Anti Discrimination Committee Scalia wrote "an alien unlawfully in this country has no constitutional right to assert selective enforcement as a defense against his deportation. When an alien's presence in the country is in violation of the immigration laws, the government does not offend the Constitution by deporting him,"

  • @78topper ... Besides, if even Justice Scalia says you're wrong, what does that say about you? You think the idea is ridiculous, but it's just fact.
