The Void

A soliloquy on consciousness and identity by a humanoid organism floating in the void amongst creepy crawlie bugs. Created in 2008 using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.

The animation study explores organic movement using the Puppet Tool and Motion Sketch in After Effects. The creatures were placed in 3D space with a virtual camera and light tracking 360 degrees around them to simulate a sense of constant flux.
