CSI Miami 8x10 and 8x11 SPOILERS **DELKO'S BACK**

Episode 10 Count Me Out

The scene opens with Jesse aiming a gun at Walter's face and shooting.
The next scene reveals that it takes place eight hours earlier with
Jesse and Walter playing basketball.

The episode does feature a little bit of everyone. The episode is a
little bit of a star crossed love story. A young man turns to dealing
drugs in order to "buy" his immigrant girlfriend from her aunt who
brought her to the [US] on the lie that she would send her to school and
give her a better life. But instead the aunt uses her as a slave around
her home rarely letting her see the light of day. The team is led to
them when a bomb explodes at the aunt's neighbor's house....a suspected
drug house. The two young lovers get caught in the middle.



Episode 11 Witness for the defense

Serial rapist breaks into women's homes, brutalizes them and
then...makes them cook his breakfast. Soon, the suspect escalates and
murders a young television host. Criminal Minds meets CSI Miami.

Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez) appears in this episode as a forensics
expert working for the defense, which adds tension between him and
Calleigh as his testimony contradicts that of CSI.

As the team investigates they discover that one of the murdered woman's
neighbor's was also a victim of this sicko. Unfortunately, she can't
give Calleigh and Delko (that's right he is apparently back in this ep)
much since he wore a ski mask and is very reluctant to even help at all.
She won't leave her house and she hasn't even told her husband what
happened to her yet. Calleigh tells her the only way she is going to be
able to move on with her life is to face it and the woman agrees to help
in any way possible.

They try and find a commonality between the woman but come up empty. How
can two people live 3 blocks apart and not have their lives intersect?
That is the big question facing the team b/c they know if they solve
it....they will have their killer.

From what sources can tell Eric seems to be either a private eye of some
sort of, if you all remember, a lawyer's forensic aid....like what Ryan
did when he was fired.. not sure on this. But he does seem to be working
with the lawyer of the team's number 1 suspect. He even testifies at the
guy's hearing and contradicts Calleigh's testimony which gets the judge
to drop the murder charge but keep the breaking and entering charge
open!

hmm i was kinda mad when eric left. he broke up with calleigh kind of harshly & there was never true closure. with tension rising in this episode, its hard to say if we can hope for further guest appearences from him on csi or if him & calleigh will be reunited/get closure. who knows.

You are right on the mark. Many fans were hoping for a nice Calleigh and Eric farewell, but there will be some tension. Adam Rodriguez, who plays Eric Delko, will be a regular cast member on Ugly Betty, filmed in NYC.

However, CSI Miami fans should keep an eye on Natalia (played by Eva LaRue) who is suffering the effects of a house explosion. Rumors have Natalia and Ryan getting closer as Ryan has growing concerns about Natalia's well being. We shall see...

are you guys who think eric delko is coming back on drugs?!? i love him and everything but are u guys idiots he comes back for on episode and he is against his old team. Doesnt this seam like the time were Wolfe quit and went on the defense team and then he came back to the show but i doubt they would do that twice!!!! And i was wondering if calleigh and eric are still together even though he is not a csi??? i hope so!!!

The episode 8.11 is actually called

''Delko For The Defense'' and here is the story line: Eric Delko returns as an expert witness for the defense, pitting himself against his old team, on CSI: MIAMI which airs Monday, Dec. 14 @ 10:00pm. And by The Way isn't anyone else totally cheesed(pissed off) that Adam Rodriguez left CSI: MIAMI for shitty ass slime bucket great-show wanna be,Eric Delko stealing Ugly Betty?! Like I Love Adam but I wanna scream in his face. AHHH! with a hint of angry >:(

i'm happy that eric will be on the show again but why like that ??? can't they let us enjoy his last episodes ? I think the writers have made up their minds and i don't like it!
