That's a good solution but why can't they insert a long, uninflated kevlar bag into the hole, and then once it's in, pump crude into the bag itself until the pressure is equalized and spill stops? Or why can't they put layers of chain nets over the spill, followed by layers of mesh nets, chaining each layer down, like a compress? This is a f'ing nightmare!
