the local police are no longer Andy n Barney ..,now the Police are getting military grade equipment ,full surveillance ,private police,with military training are popping up , read through the lines ...80.000 army troops are getting cut ,yet in South America ,kids are being trained by US military.....,remember Obama said he wanted a civilian army (police forces) remember that as it unfolds
