@ghanmy He's saying that Tarawih prayer is not obligatory for us. It was only obligatory for Prophet (S). He used to pray Tahajud ( necessary for him) alone. One day he actually started praying this prayer openly in the Masjid. Some devout and pious followers started praying after him. After some days, Muhammad ( S) didn't come to the Masjid. He did not want the people to think that this was also obligatory ( fard) for them. Some people think this is necessary, so he is clarifying that it is not

In religious matters (except few ones), Allama Javed Ghamidi sb's understanding is stupendous and extraordinary. in the matter of Tarawish prayer, he has given the right opinion and in the most effective manner. May ALLAH guide him and us all to the straight path.

@rehan1106 tou bhai saab aap kissi "ghair-e-masoom" ki sunnat na follow karain, aap bilkul na parhain tarawih, kissi ko kya farq parta hai aap k parhnay ya na parhnay se?
