IF YOU GOT HERE FROM REDDIT, YOU KNOW WHAT TO CLICK!!!
AAAWW YEEAAH :o)
-
Are you sure that isn't an S-63 they use for logging?
And no, they don't have to hold the throttle levers the whole time.
I have no idea why this particular pilot is doing that.
-
What a BEAST!!!
-
LoL there is not 3:56
-
The levers are speed select levers, once set to the correct notch, the fuel computers will automatically compensate for any changes in demand when pulling torque
-
the raf ones are better
-
what levers does the co pilot have his hands on. and does he have to hold on to them the whole flight.

Nice vid!!

What the f*ck was that guy doing at the tail when the tail blades were spinning!!!!! He must be tired of his live...........
We learned never to go at the back of a running helicopter, cause the tail blades are so f*cking dangerous!

That's his job and I'm sure he knows EXACTLY where that tail rotor is and how much space he has. Keep in mind that he is on the other side of the rotor and is probably 3 feet from it and lower than it too..
