She's a wonderfully tolerant, extremely loved kitty cat in our family. I think her passiveness is a great quality and it leads to cute things like this. She never gets angry and was on my lap 5 minutes later, as she is now. She was also on a book cover which some of you wouldn't think was cute either :P

@madfoxthereal Yep, pure animal torture. You can tell by the fact the cat looks well-fed, well groomed and otherwise healthy. Also, the fact the cat was lax enough to let its owner put booties on it just means it obviously didn't trust the owner one bit. And look at that poor dog in the background, so happy and excited. Yeah, they're such cruel people.

Seriously, putting shoes on a cat =/= animal torture.

@Stickie111 The cat looks more confused than anything. Dogs react the same way when you put shoes on them for the first time too- look at some videos, they use the same awkward walk- but it keeps their feet warm in the winter and after a while they get used to it. In the end, doesn't hurt animals, and for dogs it actually helps them. If it's not your idea of funny, that's fine, but there's nothing wrong with finding a little humor in it.

reading all the comments on "animal abuse" is additional laughing matter on this video, bunch of heart throbbing 13 year olds going through the "i love animals phase" This is far from abuse, from the looks of things the cat was more confused and possibly slightly irritated by his new foot wear, it's a hilarious video, stop being dramatic and enjoy the video or better yet read up on animal abuse and animal neglect.
