Taking the boat out for the first time

http://www.survivalistboards.com/showthread.php?t=95359 A few weeks ago my dad got himself a new boat, so he gave me his old one. Its a WeldBilt aluminum boat, 15 feet long, 42 inches across and is driven by a 30 horsepower Evinrude outboard motor.

The river this video was filmed in, is called the Angelina River. It goes from Lake Sam Rayburn Dam to Steinhagen Reservoir (also called Dam B) in East Texas.

Years ago my buddies and I used to go camping in the marshes and bayous of Southeast Texas. I'am hoping to start going camping on the rivers and bayous again.

@2024JayZ - If the property owner did not want people there, he would have put up some no trespassing signs. Leave the land how you found it, and usually there are no problems.

@cdltpx - I used to go camping out on the bayous and marshes a lot. This spring and summer I'am planning some videos based around all of that.

Dam that thing runs nice! Nice lil Stainless grill there. Someone put some time inta it thats for sure. Ditch the pot and get yerself alil Expanded Stainless and let it fly.lol Yer welcome at my place anytime my friend.

That was an excellent video thank you. I just got a Boat give to me and all I need is a motor and I am set! I am so dam excited. This water looks like my Lake. I have 100+ water acres in my Lake here that is an old Stripmine. Excellent LM Bass, Hybrid Bluegill, Crappie, Ring Perch, Huge Channel and Flathead Catfish along with some really big Yellow Cats(Bullheads) and I even have a few humongous Blue Catfish runnin thru here somewhere.lol

I would love to go somewhere like this but there is pretty much no where like this in England, love america for this sort of thing!
