why the big flap over flips! I know for a fact that Dr. Dye, ND's band director, mandates them. It's his decision, they do as he wishes. I don't GET the impilcation that ND band members can't or don't memorize music, nor do I think the flippin folders look tacky. ENOUGH about it, already! :)
