He'll forever remain in my heart, because he was a once in a lifetime thing. I'm 59, I was 22 when he took the TC. I hopefully get to see another TC, but not another Secretariat.t.

In the end all men will bow to the name of Jesus as well all the race horses will bow to the name of Secretariat. Just what else can be said?

He was the greatest of all time and I weep every time I see the old footage of his races. He was truly one of God's creatures here for us to enjoy for one brief moment of eternity.

I believe one of his children became a very good racehorse too. Lady's Secret also known as "Iron Lady." She became his progeny, though she's nowhere near as amazing as her father.

Such an amazing horse. I'm so sad that I wasn't alive to see him, but this horse is my absolute favorite, the next being Seabuiscuit(I know they're like everyone's favorites but I truly love them). Thank you for making this video. It's such a great tribute to such a wonderful horse.

he was huge look at his neck and legs he had so much power compared to todays horses he was the greatest and would of beaten any racehorse that ever lived

I was just born in his era, waiting for the movie to come out in oz in mar 2011, I dont know much about this horse, but did he get time too breed b4 he passed away. Poor Thing.

@taykyl001 yes he was able to be a stud and breed to many broodmares, he passed on just recently due to laminitis while at stud.

Where can I find the little stuffed Secretariat shown in this tribute? I have several books about him, but to have a mini-likeness of the Great One would be wonderful.
