This sailing trip was taken after two stormy days on North sea with up to force 9/10 winds. Wind is still force 6 to 7, waves forecast 4 meter. We are sailing from Wangerooge trough the bar between Wangerooge and Spiekeroog. There we have breaking waves around 2,5 meters. Then sailing to Helgoland in a large swell.
Boat speed is between 9 and 12 knots. Average Speed is 9,5 knots on 26 miles sailing.

really.. do you have any videos of the kelsall

i really wanna know more about the kss building style and how durable is that boat compared to wood. i've read bad things and good things about foam and seems like kesall know what to do with foam to make it last but i cant find any videos of his boats

  • Excellent !! Awesome. Give me a shout if you're ever in the East Coast of the UK. I used to have a 43 ft Kelsall, miss thrashing it around.

  • ... wenn man bedenkt, dass Wellen auf Videos weitaus kleiner aussehen...
