@w0rsel I GUARANTEE that your form is not perfect every rep of every set of every day, especially when you're fatigued. Or maybe you haven't ever pushed yourself mentally and physically in a gym. Either way, ease up.
@iamakrazykid So putting stress on the knees through the use of high velocity half depth squats is good, but only when you're fatigued? At the depth he's going to, some of the downwards force is being stopped through shear to the knee joint, while some is being stopped through his leg muscles. Hit your low depth, watch how any properly trained weightlifter/powerlifter makes use of their hips during loaded movements like this.

@asianinthecupboard You never sacrifice your mechanics during a movement that poorly, no matter how fatigued you are. He's doing a movement (KB Swing) in which the entire point is to develop explosive hip power, but instead he's using his shoulders to front-raise the thing. All the while, some douschebag trainer is standing there watching him do it, encouraging it even.
Those are some of the poorest half-squats and DB swings I've ever seen. Just goes to show that even top-level professionals are forced to endure shitty training from even shittier trainers.

@Sarah24760 performance simulation, improving lactic threshold. Shift length 45s - 1 minute, burn for 200% of the time, you'll tolerate shifts much better

@w0rsel I bet you're huge. It's circuit training, so he's getting winded by the time he does the squats. Low weight anyways.
