a ram is a ram but any diesel can out run any gas when its stock the compression ratio is so much bigger on a diesel its crazy a diesel is ment for power its got more possible hp the more money you put in it just like anything else the hemis are good but cummins is better

Turbo-Charge and modify a Hemi V8 to the extent that these diesels are modified and you are capable of outrunning just about anything.

The owner said he'd done some things to it to bring it up to 450 hp and 922 lb-ft at the wheels... before he put in a new turbo. So it makes sense, given the ETA and trap speed, that this thing is over 500 hp at this point. He launched it in 4WD, otherwise he would've had the same problems as the Mustang off the line.
