  • I got the BHP454 and the Metabo 18 LTX Quick. The 454 is stronger (27Nm Metabo,34Nm Makita testet torque )because it have no controll about the maximum Amps it takes(the motor can burn on to high load). The Metabo is limeted to 50A intake than it shut down! The Metabo have the better build quality and balance! My first Makita batterypack broke after one year!

    I agree. I had the 453z before I got this one(it came in a combo kit) and the 454 is easily the best drill I've ever used, cordlessor not. I've converted a Dewalt(also great drills) guy and a Ridgid(Their lithium batteries are the sorriest pieces of shit made) guy.
