Mugen: Rasputin vs Haruhi

After a forced "break", having to format my CPU again, losing everything for the 10th time, I'm back. There has been sometime I wanted to play as Rasputin, but something unknown holded me back. But now, meh, I will play as him and I really don't care. Enjoy, anyway.
