  • Good vid!!! But the Original Nylons Are MUCH better!! u.u

  • Thank you for that information....

  • The Token's are the ones who did the "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" original. It hailed from Solomon Linda's "Mbube" which later became Pete Seeger's "Wimoweh" and then finally "The Lion Sleeps Tonight"

  • I don't know the Tokens, but I do like this version. By origine it's a South African song, I think.

  • it is not like the tokens, but is veeeeeeeeery good

  • You're welcome..

  • this is their best song thanks so much for posting it !!!!

  • I have never heard of ROAR. But if they are ROAR shirts, that would be a funny coincedence. Or would they have bought them especialy for this song?? Anyway, it's not about what they wear (but I DO like them wearing something), but it's about their songs and moves.

  • I find it highly ironic that it looks like the brand of button up shirts they are wearing appear to be ROAR.....I'm not kidding there's a shirt company called ROAR and these look like those lol:) They sound great by the way, and such entertaining performers!

  • Really? One of my all time favorite singers. We've been Nylons fans since the late '80s and slept out on the street to wait for tickets every time they came to Madison. We were bummed when Paul left the group and heartbroken when Marc did, but Claude and Arnold just kept on. Some of the best memories I have are of these guys at the Madison Civic Center. They just never put anything less than 110% out there, and their voices were other-worldly.

    And the Christmas album....WOW!

  • You are absolutly right. I take it you saw one of the shows in Holland, last month?

  • Fantastisch! Fantastic! Super voices! Love the one who has the "Bas(e)"-voice!

Warm voice.....Any performer or group who

can sing like this without even 1 instrument but his voice, is a TOP-singer to me!

  • Glad you like it! I see, you live in Holland (so do I). Are you going to any of the shows next month?

  • They have recently celebrated their 25th aniversary. There have been several changes in the group, but they always sound great !!!

  • These guys are Canadian - I have some old albums dating back to the 80's , I think one of the singers has passed but the group has had a rebirth, great sounds and great show.

  • What show have you seen? They're touring Holland in April and I can't wait to see and hear them again.....

  • i saw these guys last nigh they are awesome and hilarious too

  • When was that?
