Who gave him the right to go out and start shooting dogs. Also, it looks like he killed two dogs that were someones pet. I'm not saying give him the death penalty, but he needs to be punished.

Wow, people all over the world are suffering. Yet, mobs of people get upset over a guy killing a few dogs. Dont get me wrong I have 2 dogs and love them. But, I just dont get it. You can crack open a paper and see people being killed everyday and very few people stand up about that. Now kill a dog and you get a mob at the court house for the trial. And people wonder whats wrong with this world..........

I have seen packs of dogs roaming Moscow's streets. As much as I am dog lover the man was doing a good job. Pack of dogs is a danger and if authorities are impotent to take care of them, concerned citizens must do the job for them.

Give me a fucking break, how about the animals they use for our consumption, it's not a secret in how the animals at least concerning american processing goes of animals, yet they are worried about and pay attention to just issues such as this, the consumer is eating meats that contain a number problems for the human body. You have hormoins that are injected you have what is released from the animal when it is abused, and killed during the process, these animal right people confuse me.
