1. You specified checking the dictionary and for "creed" not "creed of people." Checking the dictionary shows creed means a statement of belief which proves that your usage of the term was weird. Hence, my asking you what do you mean by "creed of people."

2. Statements like "They all dumb" simply do not seem like mistakes a native speaker would make. Sorry if I offended you.
