  • Yeah, like someone else said, it's actually "Pandit", not "Ustad". Mr. Majumdar is a Hindu.

  • Fanstastically talented musicians. What godly instruments the Sarod and tabla are.

  • but gurubhai, how can u write "Ustad" before Tejendra Narayan Majumdar??? It sould b "Pandit".... Please change it....

  • he should market himself better...he is undoubtedly the best one but needs to brush up marketing his skills

  • Tejendra is the best sarod player of the new generation. All his recrdings are wonderfull.

  • beautiful...

  • I'm writing an essay on performance in Northern Indian Classical music regarding the etiqutte of performance, who the audience is, the relationship between soloist and accompanist, what the performers wear, what they might say before and after the concert, and how this has all changed since traditional performances etc... is there anyone that can help me with this?? any information regarding performance would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!
