  • Amazing. Every tweet. Somebody is actually listening. Loved the term client-centric. And the wtf bit is funny :) Better in text than people screaming it in your face I bet. MY bank. Love them. This made me proud--which is weird because it's a bank. lol

  • Brian, again another great interview. Bianca's is a great example of companies who are aiming to be customer centric at an enterprise level. Also love the lighting in this episode. Can you tell us how your technical team delivered this "dreamy" clip? Love from Australia!

  • Ohhhh LOVE this: "...higher you go up the ladder the further you get from the client sometimes making decisions based on analytics and data and not listening to the mom on the phone at the point of sale" Goes back to the whole ROI debate and I can't wait until we are no longer having that discussion. Thinking "Social Media" will soon just be "Social Business Initiatives".
